Amanda works mainly in white marble which she carves by hand. Many of her finished pieces are currently on display in various galleries, both private and commercial and all pieces are suitable for both interior and exterior locations.

Amanda pieces are inspired by highly complex symbolism, the finished sculptures are often quite minimal in comparison; they are abstract pieces with a contemporary feel, incorporating flowing lines and soft curves with minimum of detail. The resulting texture is not conventionally polished as is usually found in marble sculpture, but is, nevertheless, smooth to the touch and the overall finish has been described as resembling skin in its appearance.

Amanda has found that sculptures of a size shown in the following examples are the most popular, as they are relatively easy to transport and that her work is most suited to a more contemporary market where strong design principles are of the element.
